Vincent “Vinnie” Kuntz

age 89, of Crivitz, died Saturday August 27, 2022, en route to Aurora Medical Center-Bay Area. He was born on July 30, 1933 in Linton, North Dakota; son of the late Leo and Anna Marie (Bossert) Kuntz. Vinnie joined the Army and was stationed in New York as he worked in Homeland Defense. He was united in marriage to his wife DeLores on April 4, 1959 and the couple moved to Milwaukee. Then in 1967 they relocated to Sussex. He was employed at Master Lock for many years. In 1997 they moved to Crivitz to enjoy retirement. From the early 70’s until 2003, Vinnie loved to ride his Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Then he drew an interest in snowmobiling and ice fishing. Throughout his whole life he was an avid hunter. Vinnie was a very social person and could make friends anywhere he went due to his great sense of humor and ability to talk. He loved playing bar dice; especially at Tony’s Dock Side where everyone was his friend. Most importantly he treasured spending time with his family and most notably his grandkids.

Vinnie is survived by his wife of 63 years, DeLores; his son, Monte (Patty) Kuntz; grandchildren: Nicole and Alex and Patty’s children: Michele (finance Anthony) and Michael (Stefani); and two brothers and two sisters: Eusebius, Mike (Carmen), Irene and Florence. He was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters. He will be missed by other family members and many friends.

No services will be held at this immediate time however a Celebration of Life Service will be held in the future.

Roubal Funeral Home of Wausaukee is assisting his family with arrangements.
