Dear Shane, Angie and family, I didn't meet your son in person but learned of his story through a dear friend. She shared Jase's story and pictures with me. My house fellowship prayed for your beautiful boy. What a battle you have all been through and your faith has held strong. Now your precious son is whole and running free in Gods beautiful heaven. He's just waiting for all of his loved ones to catch up. Your family has my continued prayers, as your hearts heal from this loss.

Maureen Bell (Grandma Maureen)

Jase, I’ve loved you since the day you were born. I only wish I could have visited you more, but distance, finances, & my own disabilities limited that! I praise God for how you were raised; you were a true, practicing Christian, so I know you are in Paradise now, Praising Jesus, & meeting so many relatives who have gone before you, or whom you were too young to remember. I will see you again one of these days!

I remember how quick witted and his quick friendly smile most. I will never forget when the boys were roasting a fish in the park and also told me they found a “stank.” (A stick they thought was a snake.). Of course with both of us leaving at 6th grade for the boys, he is still the little blond boy that is shorter than me in all my memories. Your family’s faith is something to strive towards.
