Elgin A Karrels

Elgin was born in Ozaukee County in the spring of 1940. His anchor in life was his grandfather. At the age of 13 Elgin was devastated when his grandfather died. He had to be responsible for himself at a very young age. Elgin married Pat in the Fall of 1961. He worked setting bowling pins, at a hardware store, hauled fuel, did construction, and also worked part time at a golf course. He enjoyed being in the woods and deer hunting.
Elgin is survived by his wife Pat; two sons: William (Carla) and Robert (Judy); and four grandchildren: Jonathan, Jason, Michael, and Jamie.
There will be a private memorial service at Roubal Funeral Home.
