age 65, of Pembine, passed away at home unexpectedly from natural causes on August 23, 2023. He was born in Wheeling, WV on February 24, 1958; son of the late Eugene and Evelyn (Fluharty) Stewart. Doug drove over the road for 40 years and recently retired from Lubenow LLC, Green Bay. He married Mary Langlay and they were inseparable for 37 years. Doug enjoyed deer hunting and fishing for Musky’s.
Doug is survived by his loving wife, Mary; brother, Dexter (Evie) Brewer; two sisters-in-law: Jan Danhausen and Nancy (Tom) Gerondale; nieces and nephews; and his best friends: Tiny (Terri) Tennant, Jerry (Kelly) Bacus and Dave Kloster. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Louise; and step-son, Paul Stewart.
In accordance with Doug’s wishes, no service will be held.
