My deepest sympathy is extended to all of Dan’s family. My husband, “Ace” Mueller also taught with Dan. Dan persuaded us and our neighbors to snowmobile in the Pembine area. Such fond memories. He also did all the wiring in our home. Thank you for your notification letter. It truly saddened me. May he rest in peace.

My mom was a resident of Evergreen when I met Dan. Dan and I had a mutual "enjoyment" of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and many times when the weather was nice we would share them while sitting at the picnic table. He was always tinkering with his tools when not outside. His smile was contagious and I certainly enjoyed his company. I am so sorry for your loss. May the memories you have bring you comfort.

I knew Dan because he was a neighbor of my mom's at Evergreen Assisted Living. He saved bread for my mom to feed to the deer and she brought him her newspaper to read. I was happy to be there now and then to help Dan get to the dining room or do laundry. He was always kind and appreciative. We will miss him. God bless you all.
