Corrine Gail (Butterfield) Linsmeyer
Aug 06, 1957 - Jul 24, 2020
Corinne was reunited with her husband Louis and daughter Angelique, family and friends on July 24, 2020 when the Lord welcomed his daughter home. Too soon for those who will miss her here in this earthly life but in God’s ordained time in Heaven “And in thy book they were all written. Even the days that were ordained for me” Psalm 139:16.
What mattered most to Corinne was first and foremost, Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior. Her steadfast faithfulness to the Lord was lived out by the unconditional love and devotion she expressed for her husband, sons, grandchildren, family and friends. Corinne had an appreciation for God’s artistry in nature, the fragrance and color of wild flowers and plants from her garden, the unexpected rainbow in the sky and the peaceful calm of Lake Sinisippi in her back yard. Her creative passions for quilting, collecting art pieces and hand crafted jewelry brought her great joy. She enjoyed travel and spending time with the people she loved.
Corinne was preceded in death by her husband Louis, her daughter Angelique Marie, and father Harvey. She is survived by two sons, Louis Harvey (Leslie) and Jason, and Kathy Carrigg who was and always will be her daughter at heart. Grandchildren, James, Bryan, Joshua, Faith, Andrew, John Taylor (JT), Michael, Gabriel, Christiana, Erin. Her sister Cindy, Her brother Bill and Mother Carol. Many nephews, nieces, and sisters and brothers in-laws, and dear to her heart and loved friends Sarah (Tom), Dan and Debbie and faithful canine companions Gideon, Gandolph and Gracie.
