Obituaries

age 83, of Amberg, died peacefully Wednesday November 9, 2022, at Rennes Health & Rehab. She was born in Marinette on June 17, 1939; daughter of the late Charles and Catherine (Jopek) Smith. Judith worked for a number of years at the Boat Factory and occasionally at the Amberg Town Hall as well as many odd jobs. She always kept busy cooking, gardening, antiquing, and spoiling her cats and dogs. She truly loved driving her red 40th Anniversary Ford Mustang, the Green Bay Packers and spending time either on the water or enjoying its beauty from its shoreline.

Judith is survived by her two children: Sheri Sersch and Steven Groy; and step-daughter, Charlene Bruette. She was preceded in death by her two sisters: Beverly Grenier and Elaine Forsberg; and fiancé, Tony Figas.

A Private family service will be held with burial in the Amberg Cemetery.
