Dearest Uncle Tony, Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you enter the gates of heaven. So many memories cherished. It is with our heavy hearts as we pray for you, the Litany for Journey Home: Deliverer, deliver me. Liberator, set me free. Word Incarnate, whisper care. Way of Truth, lead me there. Prince of Peace, calm my fears, Consolation, dry my tears. Savior of all save. Swing wide, Gate. Light from light, illuminate. Helper, healer, make me whole. Bread of Life, fill my soul. Vindicator, forgive my sin. Shepherd of souls, gather me in. Son of David, King of Kings, Be the hymn my heartbeat sings. Living water, wash me in calm, ...drown me in joy, ...carry me home. Carry me home. Amen Rest in Peace Uncle Tony, With our deepest sympathy, Susan, Anthony and Ashley Grazutis
